Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of services as per the agreed scope or timeline
- Technical issues on our part that prevent the service from being delivered
- Duplicate payment or billing errors
Note: Customized digital products, creative designs, or completed services are non-refundable once delivery is confirmed.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of service delivery or payment.
- Provide relevant details, including invoice number, project name, and reason for refund.
- Submit any supporting evidence if applicable.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds are returned using the original payment method.
- Somya Marketing reserves the right to deduct any applicable service or transaction fees.
Returns / Service Revisions
- Minor revisions or corrections are provided as per the agreement or project scope.
- Major changes after final delivery may be treated as additional services, requiring a separate agreement and payment.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed digital marketing campaigns after execution
- Delivered web or graphic design projects approved by the client
- Third-party services, hosting, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client
