• Non-delivery of services as per the agreed scope or timeline
• Technical issues on our part that prevent the service from being delivered
• Duplicate payment or billing errors

Note: Customized digital products, creative designs, or completed services are non-refundable once delivery is confirmed.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

1. Contact us within 7 days of service delivery or payment.
2. Provide relevant details, including invoice number, project name, and reason for refund.
3. Submit any supporting evidence if applicable.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
• Refunds are returned using the original payment method.
• Somya Marketing reserves the right to deduct any applicable service or transaction fees.

Returns / Service Revisions

• Minor revisions or corrections are provided as per the agreement or project scope.
• Major changes after final delivery may be treated as additional services, requiring a separate agreement and payment.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Completed digital marketing campaigns after execution
• Delivered web or graphic design projects approved by the client
• Third-party services, hosting, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client
